(After pouring himself out in his previous post, Rev Namtubb will now begin writing about relevant crap)
Fact: Japanese entertainment is popular the world over. I mean, even Mexico likes Japanese cartoons and games. One time I went to that country and they were showing Ranma 1/2, in Spanish dubbing to boot! It caught me off guard really, even though Ranma 1/2 is very popular. And admittedly in Mexico they were showing another popular anime, Dragon Ball. Maybe Mexico was just showing the popular stuff then...maybe that 'fact' I stated up above is not really fact then...:'(
But wait...!?

Noooo wai...
Okay, I know you hate me for that youtube video, and yes I only did a quick search on google. But I think we can look around and see that Japan is reigning as the king/queen of entertainment...and that probably is a bit of an exaggeration. But they're doing pretty darn good, me thinks.
As a result of the popularity of anime, games and other types of Japanese media, cultural phenomenons are born. And there is one cultural phenomenon I'm most interested in. I don't know if it has an official name, but for now I just like to call it the Waifu Complex.
And I end this entry with a question to ask you, dear reader-in a video game or cartoon or book or Japanese comic (also known as manga), was there ever a character that you wished, wished to yourself, wished aloud, wished to the creator almighty (or whatever ideal you believe in) that this character was real?...because you loved this character.
Hooooo crap that was uber creepy on my part, huh. Part 3 coming soon.
